Warranty

KOOMUS LIMITED WARRANTY

 Koomus warrants our Koomus products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”).  Koomus does not warrant, and is not responsible for, any smart phone or other device made by anyone other than Koomus.  If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any Koomus product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Koomus will (1) repair the Koomus product using new or refurbished parts or (2) replace the Koomus product with a new or refurbished Koomus product.  For purposes of this limited warranty, “refurbished” means a product or part that has been substantially returned to its original specifications.  In the event of a defect, these are your exclusive remedies.  [Koomus reserves the right to charge a small shipping and handling fee in connection with the fulfillment of any valid claim.]

 

Exclusions & Limitations

By purchasing Koomus products, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review Koomus’ warranty terms, have done so to the degree you need to be familiar with them, and you accept their terms and conditions, including the limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in them.  Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.  If these laws apply to you, some or all of the disclaimers, exclusions or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights. Please also note that the warranty is only applicable within U.S.

Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth [above] or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Koomus expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that Koomus shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Koomus product.  In addition to and without the limiting generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the Koomus product.

 

Submitting a Claim

 Our priority is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.  We pride ourselves on providing innovative, top-quality mounting solutions for your personal devices as well as excellent customer service.  To do our job better, we’ll ask a few things of you.  When requesting a warranty replacement, we will require proof that the claim is valid.  We may ask you to, for example, send a photograph of the product in its current state, return your product to us for warranty coverage verification, provide an order number or otherwise establish proof of purchase, or provide such other proof to allow us to determine the validity of warranty coverage on your claim.

The abuse of our warranty by a few means that we may have to inconvenience you on a valid warranty claim.
